Minutes of Meeting
Tuesday October 30, 2017
Members Present: Jeff Jordan Tom Jameson, Ed Millette, Jodi Pinard Town Administrator, Kristy Barnouski Administrative Assistant.
Call to Order Mr. Jordan called the meeting to order at 6:30pm
Tax Rate Setting-
Mrs. Pinard reported that she had received the information for tax rate setting. The Town had gone down .01, the County was down .07 and the school is up .47.
The Board discussed whether or not fund balance should be used, ultimately deciding not to at this time with Mr. Jameson being the only one in favor of using it.
Mr. Jordan made a motion and Mr. Millette seconded to set the tax rate at $27.72. Jordan, aye. Millette, aye. Jameson, nay. Motion passes.
Adjournment
Being no further discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Millette made a motion and Mr. Jameson seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:43 pm. Motion passes.
